Description
Conduct an expeditious comprehensive review and modernization of the state classification and compensation systems for civil service positions under jurisdiction, and to comply with the provisions.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The deadline for submission of written questions or requests to amend the RFP is 4:00 p.m. (HST), October 17, 2025. A written “Notice of Intent to Submit a Proposal” (“NOTICE”) must be received by the above office by 4:00 p.m. (HST), October 31, 2025, in order to receive official communications from the State involving the RFP. Questions and the Notice must be submitted via email to dhrd.erd.procurement@hawaii.gov.
