Description
Baruch College of The City University of New York (“College”) seeks to procure a contractor to provide on a time and materials basis for the unit prices and hourly rates set forth in the Bid Price Schedule all Generator Preventive Maintenance labor, materials and equipment to provide. Contractor shall furnish the following cost breakdown for a complete routine Generator Preventive Maintenance and all repair and replacement as necessary of three (3) standby/emergency Generators and Automatic Transfer Switch Systems as described in the Scope of Work as set forth in greater detail and in accordance with the University Contract Terms and Conditions, New York State Appendix A (October 2019 version), and the University’s Purchase Order terms and conditions. The Contractor is responsible for the Annual Preventive Maintenance includes Actual Load Tests and Preventive Maintenance (Six Month) includes all Inspections required by the College. The Contract is a Requirements Contract.
