Massachusetts Trial Courts Specialty Courts Department -Clinician Providers

The Massachusetts Trial Courts Specialty Courts Department, also known as SPEC - Specialty Courts, is soliciting proposals (RFP #BD-26-1107-SPEC-SPEC-121417) for Clinician Providers to support its various specialty court programs. The core purpose of this RFP is to secure qualified clinicians to provide services to individuals involved in the Massachusetts court system within the defined specialty courts. The scope of work includes the provision of clinical services, as detailed in the attachments, to participants in specialty court programs across Massachusetts. Attachments include service proposal requirements, sample job descriptions and a list of specialty courts. Proposers should review the attachments to fully understand the requirements. Key requirements include demonstrating the necessary qualifications and experience to provide clinical services, as outlined in Attachment 2.
