Bids are Due No Later Than 2:00 p.m.  Pacific Local Time, according to the time on the PublicPurchase.com system, on October 23, 2025, at which time bids will be unsealed and publicly read.This project is located at Boeing Creek at NW Innis Arden Way near the intersection of NW 166th St. and proposes to replace the undersized and aging culverts with a new steel arch culvert to reduce flooding risk elevated after removal of the upstream dam, improve fish habitat and passage conditions, and restore natural sedimentation processes. The estimated construction cost is $4,800,000. The time for physical completion of the Work is within 190 working days.  This project is subject to state requirements pertaining to prevailing wage and apprenticeship utilization.A Pre-bid site visit will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.Questions regarding this project may be submitted only via the Bid Number on PublicPurchase.com.  Phone calls shall not be accepted.  Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time, October 14, 2025.Contract Documents, including any issued Addenda, are published on PublicPurchase.com using the Bid Number. However, it is the Bidder’s sole responsibility to check for addenda and other new documents published online at PublicPurchase.com.All bid proposals must be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of such bid proposal, payable to the City of Shoreline.
