Proposal packages may be obtained at the SHA Rental Assistance Office, 165 Liberty Street, Springfield, MA 01103; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM beginning on January 12th, 2026. Proposal packages can be requested by sending an email to Matt Rogers at mrogers@shamass.org
