Addendum One extends the submittal date to January 28, 2026.The City of Pensacola is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from professional architectural and engineering firms with experience in the following areas: Conceptual and Schematic Design, Design Development, Production of Contract Documents, Estimating, and other related tasks, with said services being used for the design of a sidewalk on East Maxwell St from N Hayne St to N 12th Ave. Consideration will be given to only those firms that are pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform Work Type 3.1 Minor Highway Design.
