Description

To study how nonprofit organizations and government entities that sponsor permanently affordable homeownership projects (sponsors) may utilize different insurance coverage options and approaches to reduce project costs related to condominium construction defect liability while maintaining commensurate access to insurance coverage as directed by the 69th Legislature, 2025 Regular Session (2SHB 1516 (2025)). This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Deadline for Submitting Questions 2/9/2026.
