Approx. 574.80 U Clearing & grubbing; 92 LF culvert pipe; 4,687 LF curb & gutter PCC; 83 SY drives, PCC; 314 CY excavation class 10; 2.30 AC native grass seeding; 0.60 AC seeding & fertilizing; 3,218 LF sewer, storm.
