The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide construction services to convert labs MSB 3.518, 3.522, & 3.524 into one open wet lab including new flooring, ceilings, casework, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and control components according to construction documents issued on 09/22/25.
