Request forProposalsJob Order ContractSpecification No. CT25-0217FSubmittal Deadline: 11:00 AM, PT – 03/03/2026Project Scope:The City of Tacoma (the "City") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to perform general construction work in accordance with the City's Job Order Contracting program. A Job Order Contract is a fixed period, indefinite quantity contract that utilizes negotiated Job Orders for each individual project completed under the Job Order Contract. Prices for each Job Order are based on the Unit Prices contained in the Construction Task Catalog® adopted by the City and the Adjustment Factors submitted by the Contractor for the entire Contract Term.
