Seeks proposals from individuals/firms experienced with 340b consulting servicesto assist with development and implementation of a new 340b program, including establishing contract pharmacy agreements as well as compliance process development and audit preparedness. Consultant must know the requirements for 340b compliance, health resource and services administration (HRSA) 340b audits, manufacturer and other audits. See attached file for full scope.
