The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the John Day Watershed District Office Improvement for the benefit of ODFW. The John Day Watershed District Office Improvement Project includes two phases: Phase I - construction of the new office building and related site improvements, and Phase II - by Bid Alternates, installation of a new shop building and related site improvements
