Description

Residential rehabilitation work includes replacing the roof; repairing or replacing fascia and soffit; replacing entry and side doors; replacing two toilets; replacing seven impact windows; repairing and painting exterior and interior walls; replacing the hallway light; replacing the HVAC system; and replacing or installing smoke detectors, interior doors, and closet doors. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
