Description

This project consists of modifying/renovating approximately 90,000 square feet of the existing Center. All interior appurtenances as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection shall be removed and re-installed. Exterior work shall consist of brick removal/replacement, installation of curtain wall/storefront glazing systems as well as a complete re-installation of the roofing system. The deadline for submission of Pre-Qualification Proposals is 5:00 p.m., on October 28, 2025 Upon acceptance of qualifications, General Contractors may obtain PDF formatted Bid Documents from the Architect upon providing contact information. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
