Center Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830 All attendees must RSVP through PlanetBids by 12/02/2025 at 12:00 p.m to attend the Mandatory Site Visit. Contact information is required for each person attending the site visit. After reservation, an email will be provided with access and the address for the site visit taking place after the initial presentation. PPE Is required for the site visit.The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control systemThe Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District” or "CFTOD") requests proposals from experienced and qualified firms to permanently abandon the remaining sections of the High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) hotel loop that services the Magic Kingdom Resort Area.The project will require the abandonment, sealing and/or removal of all indicated piping and the restoration of any affected property in compliance with Reedy Creek Engineering Services (RCES)/Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD)/Walt Disney World (WDW) requirements.It is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify the “As-Found” conditions and identify and provide any additional information required to complete the project. Additionally, it is the Contractor's responsibility to provide the means and methods of construction along with a comprehensive project schedule.
