Climate Smart Markets Expansion FY 26

Provide an increase in the purchasing volume of climate smart agricultural products, sustainable premiums for climate smart agricultural products, increased capacity for climate smart ag product processing, storage or manufacturing, verified new buyer contracts or agreements for climate smart ag products, demonstrate increases in effective marketing and consumer education strategies regarding branding products with climate smart messaging, development of a new climate smart packaged product for launch to markets, or reformulation of existing product(s) to include climate smart ingredients. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Term of contract will be in effective upon issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) through June 30, 2026.
