Description
Design-Bid-Build. To provide Comprehensive Construction Management and Inspection Services (CMIS) for the Shoreline Drive Realignment Project the Shoreline Drive Realignment Project (Project), a transformative infrastructure initiative designed to reconnect Downtown Long Beach and improve multimodal transportation options. This high-visibility project funded in part by a federal Reconnecting Communities Program grant will realign Shoreline Drive, remove outdated infrastructure barriers, and construct new pedestrian and bicycle-friendly routes.
The construction effort, estimated at $60 million, is scheduled to begin in early 2026 and is
anticipated to span approximately two years, followed by a six-month closeout phase.
Questions Due to the City 11:00 AM (PST), November 25, 2025 This contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional
one-year periods. The total contract term will not exceed five years.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
