Description

Seeking qualified professional emergency management consultants to update the City's Emergency Operations Plan, including the Basic Plan, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Section checklists, Appendices and Annex. In general, this part of the project will develop a framework to guide the City in its ongoing emergency management efforts.
