Change Order: Extend the contract term from February 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, & add funding to prevent a lapse in coverage. The current contract expires on January 31, 2026. The Vendor shall continue providing fleet management services for Midwest states of Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, & Wisconsin, & will oversee & coordinate the High-Speed Rail (HSR) program across the Midwest
