Description

The City & County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, is soliciting proposals for NOFA Acquisitions under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26). This Request for Proposals (RFP) number is NOFA CDBG FY26. The primary purpose of this NOFA is to acquire properties using CDBG funding. The scope of the project includes the acquisition of properties, and applicants are expected to adhere to CDBG guidelines and regulations.
