Town of Salisbury Free Public Library Renovations

The Town of Salisbury invites contractors to bid on renovations to the Salisbury Public Free Library. The main goals of this project are to install plumbing in the building (water and wastewater will be provided for the first time under separate excavation contract), to update HVAC systems and to bring the building into ADA compliance. Water and wastewater lines will be brought to building under separate contract. Renovation scope includes installation of plumbing (none exists), interior and exterior improvements for ADA compliance, and HVAC system upgrades while maintaining the majority of the existing historic character. The Town Hall was added to the National Historic Registry in November 1995. Town of Salisbury is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
