Valerie Phillips Vending Services will be provided in accordance with the attached bid sheet. Suppliers must provide a quote for all listed items (or Brands specified) on the bid sheet. However, comparable alternatives/substitutes will also be considered. The award will be made to a single Bidder to provide full service on all machines/items, and to the vendor that provides the highest percentage of commission. The commission percentage being offered should be listed on the Vending Bid Sheet and entered as the "price" on the line item.
