2025 RFB-06 Benton County Health Department Center Remodel (RFB)

This project is a limited remodel, approx. 2,800 SF on the second floor. The scope of work will include demolition of existing walls, doors, windows, millwork and ceilings. Capping and removing existing utilities as necessary. Building new walls to create new offices and work areas with power and data with home runs back to the existing IT room. Installing new doors, millwork and windows. And reconfigure the existing ceiling lighting and HVAC supply and returns. See attached file.
