Talent and Event Booking Services

Tarleton State University (hereafter referredto as the "University") seeks proposals from qualified andexperienced Event Booking Agencies and Talent Buyers to provide comprehensiveconcert and event booking services. Theintent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a single firm to providecomprehensive booking and event acquisition services for Tarleton StateUniversity’s EECU Center (“the Facility”), a multi-purpose venue with seatingfor up to 7,500 for basketball and up to 10,000 for concerts and otherentertainment events. The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying,negotiating, contracting, and coordinating a diverse range of talent to supportthe Facility’s annual event calendar, ensuring successful and high-qualityprogramming. Services are expected to commence no later than February 1, 2026
