Construct a 12'x 6' precast box culvert over an unnamed creek one mile northwest of Metropolis. Includes PCC pavement and Guardrail. Questions not accepted as of September 09, 2025 04:30 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. DBE 14%.
