West Des Moines is seeking pavement patching services for road repairs and upgrades in Phase 1 of the 2026 PCC Patching Program

Description

Project contains approx. 300 LF PVV curb and gutter, 9,040 SY 7" reinforced PVV pavement, 208 SY 7" reinforced PCC pavement 5-hour mix, 759 SY of 8" reinforced PCC full depth patching, intake adjustments, pavement markings, traffic control, and other miscellaneous work. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
