Description

Work includes 43,353 SY mill/remove asphalt pavement; 1,969 SY pulverize asphalt pavement; 52,221 SY base fine grading; 10,672 ton hot mix asphalt; 48 EA. manhole casting height adjustment; 45 EA. water valve stem top replacement. Locations Yew St, S Ridgeway Ave, E Compass St, and E Compass Pl; E Vine St, S Lansing Ave, Shiloh Rd, Bluebird St, N 12th Pl, N 11th Pl & Bluebird Pl; Circle Ridge Pl, E Walnut Pl, Texas St, S 18th Ave, Huron St (Reconstruct), Utah St (Street & Storm Reconstruct), and Woodruff Pl (Drainage Improvements). All projects are to be completed by September 30, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
