CALL FOR BIDS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 281 ROBBINSDALE AREA SCHOOLS 2026 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS Robbinsdale Area Schools, Independent School District #281, will receive sealed bids in duplicate for: Robbinsdale Area Schools ISD NO. 281 2026 Building Improvements until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Bids will be received by the Director of Facilities and Operations for Robbinsdale Area Schools – Maureen Mullen, Education Service Center, 4148 Winnetka Ave N, New Hope, MN 55427 then publicly opened and read aloud. There is no agent for the receipt of bids other than the Director of Facilities and Operations – Maureen Mullen. Bids shall be submitted on bid form provided by the Bid Documents. The completed bid form shall be submitted without alterations, additions, or erasures. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed & marked “Robbinsdale Area Schools – 2026 Building Improvements,” with the name and address of the bidder, the date and hour of the opening and work scope. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Each bid of $10,000 or greater shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s check, or a bid bond in the amount of at least five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid made payable to Robbinsdale School District No. 281 as bid security that, if the bid is accepted, the contractor will execute the contract and file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract.
