Design Services of the Historic Medeiros Farm Park

Request For QualificationsThe Town of Seekonk is issuing a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) and in doing so is seeking the services of a qualified “Designer” within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C §44-58 to provide professional design and construction administration services for Medeiros Farm Park. The Medeiros Farm Park is approximately 40.12 acres on (4) parcels of land, with the buildings located at Lincoln Street in Seekonk, MA (as shown on Assessors Map 16, Lot 10, Lot 51, Lot 54 and 55).Beginning Wednesday, November 19, 2025, Solicitation Packages may be obtained at the Office of the Town Administrator from Monday through Thursday between 8:30AM and 4:30PM.Responses must be received in the Town Administrator’s Office no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 3 PM. All late responses will be rejected. The Medeiros Farm Committee will serve as the Selection Committee and will review all responses and make their recommendation to the Select Board.
