Notice to bidders, Hood Canal Telephone Co., Inc (HCC), Union, Washington material for the Rural Mason County Fiber Builds Project bids will be received for FTTH Electronics Round 3.Invitation for Bid: FTTH Electronics Round 3.Bid Documents can be found at:www.hcc.net/projects.Bid Opening: November 13, 2025 at 4:00pm Pacific, at 300 E. Dalby Rd, Union, WA 98592. Submitted bids will be opened publicly and read in HCC’s conference room, immediately thereafter. Sealed bids received after November 13, 2025 at 4:00pm Pacific time will not be accepted. Bid items will include: FTTH Electronics Round 3.Email questions tofiberbuilds@hoodcanal.net.Q&A period will end November 6, 2025.All bid materials must be in writing, placed in a sealed envelope with an indication with the project name on the envelope and be filed with HCC on or before November 13, 2025 at 4:00pm Pacific time.HCC reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, or to reject all bids, to waive informalities and to contract as to the best interest of HCC.Submitted bids must be from Responsible Bidders, as defined in RCW 39.04.010 and 39.04.350. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. This project is partially funded Washington State award number 22-96810-013 and federal award number SLRFP0002, awarded to Washington State Broadband Office by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  With the funding coming from the State of Washington, Department of Commerce, this project is considered as a Public Works project and is required by RCW 39.04.010. Therefore, all public works, when performed by contract shall comply with RCW 57.08.050.  This requires a 5% guarantee or bid bond.Hood Canal Communications is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
