Site Visit: There will be the opportunity for a site visit on Monday, February 9th, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.; please reach out to the project manager if you would like to attend. Visiting the site is not mandatory to submit a bid. The selected firm will need to sign City of Berkeley contract documents and social responsibility attestations, and have the City endorsed as an additional insured party on their insurance.
