Description
The City of Red Bank invites qualified professional firms to submit proposals for the construction and development of the Godsey Ridge Trail System, a new multi-use recreational trail located at 3620 Tom Weathers Drive, Red Bank, Tennessee 37415. This project is supported through funding from the Tennessee Department of Health’s Project Diabetes Grant Program and is aligned with both the Red Bank Parks and Recreation Master Plan and the City Commission’s Strategic Goals, including the implementation of safe, accessible outdoor recreation amenities, enhanced connectivity, and implementation of the Parks Master Plan.The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of trail construction as outlined in the approved design plan, including grading, surfacing, drainage, erosion control, bridge construction, signage installation, and basic amenity placement. The Godsey Ridge Trail System has been carefully designed to offer a variety of experiences specifically aimed to be accessible, beginner-friendly trails to encourage hiking, off-road biking, and outdoor recreation.
