Seeking qualified professional firms to provide design and environmental services to prepare plans and specifications (ps&e) for citywide all-way stop conversion project. Prepare and complete all required environmental studies, environmental documents, construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Research and determine if environmental documents will be required for this project needed from the granting agency, department of transportation. If environmental documents are needed for this project, the consultant will prepare the required documents and obtain environmental clearance and any required permit. Surveying and civil engineering services to prepare complete plans, estimates and technical specifications for the construction of this project. See outside link.
