Description

Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, the following Demolition of three (3) abandoned properties; removal of approx 2500 CY of ACM, PACM and hazardous materials; Suitable fill and compaction of partial basement; Creation of tapered, paved grade transitions at changes in slab height to allow for snow plowing/mowing/landscaping/proper drainage.
