Northwest Lakewood Sanitation District is seeking sanitary sewer removal/replacement for capital improvements.

Description

Work consists of approx 1,050 LF of sanitary sewer mainline removal/replacement with 8" to 30" PVC in 4 project locations. Two special concrete vault structures will be needed for an irrigation ditch crossing. Work shall include all auxiliary items manholes, excavation, backfill, asphalt removal/replacement, landscape removal/replacement, bypass pumping, traffic control, and replacement of appurtenances thereto.
