Description

Seeking for avoided energy supply cost study (aesc study). The avoided energy supply cost study (aesc study) is conducted every three years to update and enhance the results of prior aesc studies. Maintaining continuity with prior aesc studies facilitates consistent application of study results to energy efficiency programs. At the same time, this aesc study seeks to refine the methods from previous iterations and explore new benefits where markets or programs have evolved to require additional research. Ultimately, the study will culminate in a set of forecast tables by state for each avoided energy supply cost component and a report detailing the associated methodologies.
