Williamson is seeking amphitheater construction for facility completion

Description

Construct ampitheatre structure on existing concrete slab. Split-Faced Block for all walls except the interior walls separating the two lavatories and the electrical closet. Those walls may be regular concrete block. Metal Frame for stage roof and light/sound trusses. All metal doors, metal roof material, metal steps for rear access to green room. Plumbing fixtures installed in restrooms two toilets, two sinks (One of Each in Each Restroom). Existing electrical panel installed in electrical closet. Lights and switches installed in restrooms (one overhead light and one switch each and associated wiring run). Lights and switch installed in Green Room (one overhead light, one switch, and associated wiring run). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
