Description
Nashville is requesting qualifications and proposals for an Engineering Firm to provide pre-and post-award services for community and economic development projects.Services include preliminary engineering reports,planning,design,cost estimating,bidding, contracting,construction oversight,quality control,and closeout.Contracts must include obtaining and maintaining Build America Buy America(BABA)documentation,including manufacturer certifications,to be transferred to the grant recipient and certified at project completion.The City needs major Public Infrastructure Improvements,including water,sewer, street paving, and drainage,and is considering applying for funding through the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)Annual Competition,Employee Incentive Program (EIP), Redevelopment Fund(RDF), and Immediate Threat and Danger(ITAD) programs through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs(DCA).Selection will be based on qualifications related to community and economic development needs.
