The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts announces its intent to enter into a payment agreement with BAY-CASH, an entity under the Fiscal Sponsorship of Y2Y Network, in the form attached, which provides for BAY-CASH to receive a one-time payment from EOHHS for specified purposes in accordance with a legislative directive from the General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, pending the results of this Notice of Intent (Notice)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
