Marine Park Improvements

Work includes Mobilization, traffic, erosion, and sediment control; demolition and disposal; clearing and grubbing; excavation; imported fill, water, sewer, and storm drain pipe; two tensioned fabric pavilions; two permanent 10' x 14' vendor kiosks; bar-top seating; structures; pavement, play area, curb, and gutter; topsoil and seeding; tree and shrub planting; construction surveying; signage, lighting, and electrical. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineering Contracts Administrator. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Addendum #1 issued.
