To fund programs that help people get support early, before behavioral health needs become more serious. Funded programs should be practical, community-based, and culturally responsive, with a focus on early identification, brief support, and connection to care. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline is on 01/09/26; 5:00 PM. Contract term is for three years.
