E-Rate Wireless Network Equipment Refresh (RFP)

Requests proposals for a) replacement of legacy wireless access points with new wireless access points; b) physical installation of wireless access points and related accessories; c) removal of legacy wireless access points; d) provisioning wireless access points within management platform; e) the installation of new cat6 cable runs terminated to a site s mdf/idf if the existing cable run is not currently a minimum of cat5e specification. This would include termination of the cable runs with rj45 connectors as well as cutting ceiling tiles for certain wireless access point installations to district specifications, as deemed necessary; f) any other associated support, subscriptions, and licensing required for the completion of this project. Contract term The initial contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The District may extend the contract up to two additional terms covering October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, and October 1, 2028, through June 30, 2028. Various locations are Mt.
