Description

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for Fire Sprinkler work for the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub Tenant Improvements Project. The work involves the re-fitting of the current system to meet the new layout. Contractor shall provide a total “turnkey” project including all necessary design, equipment, materials, and installation services. The project site is at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The project is expected to begin late in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026.Submittal Instructions BID-242-26
