CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL RECORDS OFFICE, Parish of St. Charles, 15045 River Road, Courthouse 3rd Floor, Hahnville, Louisiana, 70057, either by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, or hand delivered, or electronically submitted at www.centralbidding.com, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on January 8, 2026. Promptly thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers of the St. Charles Parish Court House. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public Bid Law, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.Bidding Documents: The Bidding Documents (Contract Documents, Specifications and Drawings) are available to Contractors who are properly licensed in Louisiana or to bona fide suppliers of materials and equipment for purchase and/or review at the office of the Architect for the contract, Murray Architects, Inc., 13760 River Road, Destrehan, LA 70047.A payment of $ 50.00 in cash or check payable to the Architect will be required for each complete set of the Bidding Documents.
