Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Credentialing Training Series

The State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), is soliciting proposals for a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Credentialing Training Series. The purpose of this RFP (HSS26011-CADCTRNG) is to secure a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive training that prepares individuals to successfully obtain their CADC credential. The scope of the project involves developing and delivering a complete training series covering all required topics and competencies for CADC certification in Delaware. This includes, but is not limited to, curriculum development, instruction, and evaluation. Key requirements include: * Providing training that meets all requirements for CADC certification as defined by the relevant Delaware state regulations and certifying bodies. * Demonstrating experience and expertise in addiction counseling and CADC credentialing processes. * Submitting a detailed proposal outlining the proposed training program, including curriculum, schedule, instructor qualifications, and pricing. * Adhering to all State of Delaware contracting requirements. * Completing and submitting all required appendices, including cost spreadsheets and relevant forms.
