Description

DCP - Pittsfield State Office Building HVAC Upgrades, Pittsfield, MA. The project work consists of an HVAC upgrade at an existing office building. The scope of work includes Replacement of an antiquated rooftop unit (RTU) serving the north end of the first floor with an air handling unit (AHU) equipped with an energy recovery wheel and air scrubber to improve indoor air quality. In addition, the failed variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system serving first-floor spaces on the south end of the building will be replaced with a new VRF system.
