CCSD Warehouse Construction

The work generally consists of minor demolition and construction of a warehouse facility within the walls of an existing building. In addition, a remote room will have a wall constructed and the roof deck sprayed with insulation followed by general clean-up of the area. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. local time at the project site, 4395 Riverwatch Parkway, Evans, GA. Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Consultant, Alternative Construction & Environmental Solutions, Inc. (ACES), 2247 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30904 . Applications for documents, together with a deposit of $ 25.00 per set, shall be filed promptly with the Consultant. Bidding material will be forwarded; shipping charges collect, as soon as possible. No refunds for Plans and Specification will be made
