The site is located within SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, Seward Meridian. The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
