Description

Contractors shall commence construction work on the following dock, launch, and boat facility the dock, launch, and boat facility to be situated on the eastern side of the port. Support the operational requirements of the hpmce dock complex. Enable personnel to board the boats from a landside dock and accommodate multiple moorings during sailing events, such as regattas.
