Description

Work items is included below 1. Construction of a new duplex submersible pump station to completely replace the existing pump station, including a new doghouse manhole, new wet well, new submersible pumps and controls, new valve vault, associated piping, elevated grating structure with steps, and new electrical service connection and equipment. 2. Complete removal of one tree in the construction area prior to april 1, 2026, in keeping with bat habitat regulations and related miscellaneous site work, including minor grading with installation of a new driveway culvert pipe and gravel drive. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
